STORE POLICY
Cancellation Policy
We have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. All bookings require a deposit of 50% of the appointment price. This needs to be paid at the time of booking. Appointments can be rescheduled once before 48 hours, less than 48 hours the booking fee will be forfeited.
Consultations / Deposits
Your first Consultation at the salon is free of charge.
If you require more than one consultation you will be required to pay $30
For appointments that are 3 weeks away or longer, You have 12 hours after the initial consultation before the hair is ordered to change your mind on hair colour/ length or method of extensions. 12 hours after the consultation if you change your mind you will lose your deposit and need to pay another deposit for the purchase of new hair.
If you book an appointment that is earlier then 3 weeks away, once you have paid the deposit there is no change of mind for hair colour/ length/ method of extensions.
Please be 100% sure before booking any appointment as all deposits are non-refundable.
Confirmation Text
All booked appointments will receive a confirmation text 48hrs prior to service. If you do not respond within 12 hours of your service Hair by Brooke c reserves the right to cancel an unconfirmed appointment.
No Show
If you fail to attend your appointment without notifying us, you will be required to pay the full amount of your appointment. This payment will need to be made before you can make any future appointments with us.
Late
Please plan your journey with plenty of time.
If you haven't visited our salon before, please enquire beforehand to find out about our location.
Anything over 15 minutes late will be classed as a no show and you will be required to pay for the full appointment. We work on a tight schedule & can't run behind with other clients.
We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
Please arrive to your appointment alone
Please do not bring any pets into the salon
Newborn babies are allowed
Unwell
If a client is unwell, showing any flu/Covid signs or symptoms, or any other contagious illness, please CANCEL your booking to avoid being turned away.
Concerns
At Hair By Brooke C, we strive to achieve 100% satisfaction with our clients, ensuring they are beyond happy with the end result. If at any time, there are concerns after the appointment, please contact Hair By Brooke C, to arrange a service appointment to address any concerns and provide a solution for satisfaction. These requests are required to be made within 48 hours of the appointment. A follow up appointment will need to be made with the next 3 days of your initial appointment.
Failure to follow this policy will result in any offer of resolution being withdrawn.
Service appointments will not be granted in cases of change of mind or if extensions have been mistreated by the client.
Hair Extension Warranty
Hair by Brooke c will not be liable for hair extensions that have been coloured or maintained at another salon.
We will only warrant our hair extensions that have been maintained by us and when you have used the products that have been recommended by us.
We recommend only jadore hair care range for all hair extensions.
Payment Options
At Hair By Brooke C, payment of services can be made fvia cash; card; After-Pay and Zip-Pay. No payment plans will be accepted.
For After-Pay or Zip-Pay users, payment will be required at the start of the service to avoid any issues or payments not processing through the apps. If there are issues with the payment apps being used, you will be required to use an alternative payment method before the service begins. All other payment options will be required in full once the service is completed.
If you do not align with the terms and conditions of Hair By Brooke C payment options, the service will not be carried out and the appointment will be canceled.
No Abuse Will Be Tolerated
Hair By Brooke C reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who performs any act of violence; shouting, swearing, arguing or disputing salon and supplier protocol. You will be ask you to leave the premises immediately with any future service request/ appointments declined.
Additionally, any abusive or argumentative contact via social media or text message will not be tolerated, and service requests or appointments will also be declined.
