WHAT IS THE AFTER CARE FOR MESH INTEGRATION?Before shampooing, brush your integration system to ensure it's tangle-free. When detangling, secure the hair with one hand to avoid putting pressure or tension on the weave or the closure. To make it easier to manage, work vertically when shampooing, avoiding horizontal or circular motions. Most clients wash their system once or, maximum, twice a week. This will allow your natural oils to keep your bio hair healthy, as well as reduce the amount of heat used on your system and prolong the lifespan. Only wash your hair system under the shower. The hair must always be directed in the direction it has been fitted and stay in its parting. This is to prevent matting. Use only your recommended shampoo (Jadore shampoo) on your system as this will maximise your result and sustain the high quality of the hair. Not following this advice will reduce the lifespan of the extensions and closure. For best results, leave the conditioner in for 3-5 minutes before rinsing and combing through your hair extensions. We recommend removing 80- 90% of the wetness in your hair before applying the conditioner. Only condition the hair from the ponytail down, avoiding contact with the closure base and mesh. However, you may apply conditioner generously throughout the ends. When blow-drying, remove 90% of the damp before styling into shape. Always ensure the mesh and base are 100% dry to prevent irritation. We recommend you brush to the lace/silk only once a day, with a recommended hairbrush. Rinse the hair thoroughly before applying shampoo. Start by applying shampoo to the palm of your hand and adding water to create a lather. Gently begin to cleanse the system working vertically. Repeat this shampoo process twice. Rinse the system for 5 to 10 minutes to ensure no residue is in the hair or on your scalp under the system. Use only recommended brushes on your integration system. Never use metal brushes. When wet, use a detangling brush; when styling, use a natural bristled brush. Always take care to brush the underneath wefts of hair to prevent matting or tangling. Apply a thermal protection product to protect the cuticle of the hair when using heat styling tools like hairdryers, straighteners, or tongs. Avoid using the highest heat setting and don't backcomb. Don't allow more than 4 weeks between refittings to avoid unbalancing the weight ratio and causing unnecessary damage to your natural hair. If you go swimming, tie your hair in a ponytail and apply conditioner more regularly to act as a barrier against harmful chlorine or saltwater. If you plan on getting your hair wet in a pool, you should wet your hair under a shower first to help stop too much absorption of chemicals such as chlorine. Avoid using sunscreen with the ingredients for Avebenzone (Butyl Methoxydibenzoy/methane) and Octocrylene. (blonde hair can turn peachy) Only use Mineral sunscreen When traveling to hot countries, take care not to have your hair in direct sunlight for long periods of time, just like with hair colour on the natural hair, the sunlight can change the colour/tone of your hair extensions. Remember to protect the cuticle of the hair, use the recommended products at all times, and follow these tips to help maximise the lifespan of your integration system while keeping it looking and feeling amazing.

WHAT'S A PINCH FORWARD AND HOW OFTEN IS THAT NEEDED?When you mesh loosens it grows up and back. So a pinch forward is needed to keep it looking perfect. Especially across the hairline. We get our clients to come in at the 3-4 week. It's a 30-45 minute appointment where we flip back the closure, cut the thread, move the beads up, re position the closure and re sew the hairline back to how it was previously.
-

-
WHAT IS MESH INTEGRATION?Hair loss mesh integration is a revolutionary solution for those experiencing hair thinning or hair loss. It is a non-invasive procedure involving placing a thin mesh around the scalp to help protect the biological hair. The mesh is placed on the scalp using a locking technique designed to be comfortable and discreet. The mesh is a critical component of a mesh integration system because it provides a physical barrier between the scalp and the hair closure and extensions. It helps to protect the scalp and hair from the environment or damage from conditions such as trichotillomania, it allows the hair to rest and recover from chemotherapy and other medical hair loss conditions. The mesh also allows the natural hair to grow underneath it while keeping the extensions in place. This makes it an ideal solution for those experiencing hair thinning or hair loss who still have some natural hair growth. Once the systems Mesh is in place the closure and extension can be safely applied and feel comfortable and discreet to wear. You will also need to have mesh integrated hair extensions refitted on a regular basis- usually between 3 and 6 weeks.

WHAT IS NANOPLASTY AND WHAT DOES IT DO?Nanoplasty is a straightening hair treatment that will also nourish the strands. It contains silk proteins, oils, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that make your hair healthier while straightening it. As opposed to the keratin treatment, nanoplasty does not use formaldehyde. It’s good for hair damaged by flat irons or excessive blow drying. Nanoplasty can let your hair somewhere between 90-100% straight, but you may need 2-3 salon visits to achieve this result. The treatment even works on fine hair as it won’t leave it flat, but give it volume and a certain bounciness. The nanoplasty treatment has purple pigments that enhance hair colour. The ingredients in it, such as the shea butter and babassu oil will reduce frizz and make your hair look sleeker.
-
